The 10th Annual Howling Good Time

The 10th Annual Howling Good Time Gala was a record-breaking event for us, thanks to the outstanding generosity of our supporters like you! We raised more than $130,000 for the DCSO K-9 Unit and the DCSO Wellness Program.

This event is a success because of our supporters, volunteers, and sponsors. We are thrilled to announce that since K-9 Friends was founded in 2011, we have raised more than $1.2 million! And none of it would be possible without the tireless efforts of our volunteers, supporters, and sponsors. We’d like to send a special thank you to our ongoing Platinum Sponsor, the Animal Emergency & Specialty Center of Parker.

Thanks to your contributions, we were able to purchase a new K-9 Officer and replenish the KOP fund that ensures retired K-9s have top notch veterinary care throughout their retirement.

We were especially excited to revisit the incredible work of the DCSO Wellness Program, which we helped launch with the procurement of Fergus in 2019. In just two short years, the DCSO Wellness Program has blossomed into a true flagship for the State of Colorado, thanks to Fergus and his partner Chaplain Dan Brite’s unending dedication.
